Elligint Health appreciates your input and understands there may be times when you need to contact Elligint Health for support issues. Currently, Elligint Health does not have a dedicated email support team, to handle inbound emails from clients. However, to accommodate the need, we recommend that you call our Technical Support team to create a Elligint Health Ticket identifying your request / issue. Once there is a ticket created, Elligint Health will provide you with a EH ticket number for traceability and route your ticket to the right department.
During holidays and non-production hours (Sat, Sun, Mon-Fri; 7:00pm-9:00am EST), we suggest that you submit Technical inquires via email to support@elliginthealth.com.
Email inquiries allow us to accurately understand and document any issues you may be experiencing. Please include your EH Ticket Number and account information in the email. All Support Emails will be answered on the next Business day.
